All services are subject to availability and weather conditions.

2. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information given by the customer.

Final pricing may vary if:

The scope of work changes upon arrival
Additional services are requested
Property conditions differ from initial description

We will always communicate any price changes before proceeding with additional work.

3. Appointments and Cancellations

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee if:

A cancellation occurs without sufficient notice
The customer is not present and access to the property is not provided

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must ensure:

Safe and clear access to the property
Water and power access if required for the service
Pets are secured during service
Fragile or valuable items are moved or protected prior to service

We are not responsible for damage caused by items left in work areas.

5. Weather Conditions

Some services (such as window cleaning or pressure washing) are weather dependent.

We may reschedule services due to:

Rain
Snow
High winds
Unsafe working conditions

6. Liability and Insurance

Lacelle Property Services is fully insured.

We take every precaution to ensure safe and professional service. However, we are not liable for:

Pre-existing damage to property or materials
Damage caused by improper installation or weakened structures
Issues resulting from customer negligence or failure to prepare the site

Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.

Failure to pay may result in refusal of future services or additional collection steps.
